• All of our ice creams are egg-free. However, some of the cookies used in our ice cream sandwiches contain eggs and occasionally we make a marshmallow swirl with egg whites. This information is listed on the nutrition label.

  • Many of our ice creams do not contain gluten, but if we do include gluten, we will always declare this, and any other allergen information, on our nutrition label or on our website by the flavour description.

    There is currently no added gluten in our vegan range. And there is no gluten in our Double Dutch ice cream sandwich.

  • We use New Zealand organic milk and organic cream, which is the main component of our ice cream. We also use other organic ingredients and those will either be listed in the nutrition label or in our ice cream description.

  • Our vegan range is made from oat milk and other ingredients that do not contain dairy or other animal products. We use oat milk that does not contain any added gluten*. All other ingredients can be found on the product label or on our Allergen and Ingredient page.

  • Sourcing local ingredients and supporting New Zealand businesses is important, not only to us, but to all New Zealanders. When you buy locally made food, it's going to be fresher. And let's face it, fresher tastes better. By supporting local businesses, you're supporting New Zealand's economy. And because it's made locally, it won't travel as far.  It's better for the environment. Plus, New Zealand has the world's best dairy, so naturally, New Zealand has the world's best ice cream.
